This was your view a few days ago, looking south (east? southeast?) along Highway One from Rocky Point Road near Stinson:
At the time, Google Maps said that this road was open but two signs saying ROAD CLOSED overruled that I suppose.

A few days ago, Google had the stretch of road north of the red arrow as squiggly red, to show that it was closed to most people all the way up to Stinson Beach. These days, Google shows everything as open as far as I can see. (I’m just a tourist way up there, some 12 miles north of Frisco County, so usually G,IJDK what’s going on.)

Caltrans To Open Highway 1 Between Muir Woods And Stinson Beach
Thursday, January 4, Before Noon
One-Way Traffic Control to be In Place
MARIN COUNTY – The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) announced today the closed portion of State Route 1 between Muir Beach and Stinson Beach will open to one-way traffic control on Thursday, January 4, sometime before noon.
The stretch of roadway was closed since February of 2017 to the extensive storm damage. Drivers should anticipate lengthy delays because there are still six active projects along that section of Highway 1. There will be flaggers and signalized operations, along with stepped up construction zone enforcement throughout the entire corridor. The majority of those projects will be complete by June, 2018.
